Approving a Criteria

Once the criteria has been defined, the criteria approver assignee receives email notification .Users with the appropriate rights have access to the workspace options on the portal dashboard.

  1. From Audit Workspace - All Tasks > Criteria - All Open Tasks on the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Approve Criteria link to the appropriate record.
    Result: The Approve Criteria window is displayed.
  1. Review all criteria information.
  2. Select either Approve or Reject as the approval decision and enter a comment. The Comment field is required if Reject is selected.
  3. Click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
  4. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Result window is displayed. The Result window is a window that displays after criteria approval and asks the user where they would like to go next, such as to the Criteria Detail or back to the Portal Page.
